With online pre-mixer workshops on skills such as networking and making meaningful connections, buying a home while paying down debt, and creating and communicating a compelling value proposition, we equipped jobseekers with additional skills and materials for their searches for new opportunities and resources.

Because of your generosity this year, the T.D. Jakes Foundation touched more than 650,000 people nationwide through scalable, community-rooted programs advancing financial empowerment, workforce readiness, and educational access. In 2025, your support fueled hands-on STEAM programming, job upskilling pathways, large-scale hiring mixers connecting job seekers directly to employers, and our L.I.F.E. (Leveraging Income for Financial Empowerment) Forum, equipping individuals and families with practical tools to build financial confidence and long-term stability.
This work is far from finished.
Demand for these programs continues to grow, and communities are asking us to go deeper and further in 2026. End-of-year support ensures we can begin the new year ready to expand proven initiatives, strengthen employer and community partnerships, and deliver consistent, measurable impact where it is needed most.
